How to rekindle your dreams.  Many of us lose track or the focus of our dreams as we go through life.  We all had such big dreams when growing up as a child.  We wanted to be Doctors, Lawyers, and a host of other professions.  Some of us went to college or trade schools, while others didn’t even finish high school.  What happened to those dreams you had as a child?  I am sure like many of you, that life got in the way of the dreams we had.  Our jobs or careers got in the way with all the long hours we put in.  Leaving not much time to pursue our dreams let alone to think about them.  Then we start a family and live paycheck to paycheck.  Then we just are going through life and our dreams seem to fad away.

That is were I was, until a little over ten years ago someone shared a new concept with me.  It was network marketing.  I caught the vision of this concept.  It actually got me to think, “what if?”.  It restored my hope in my dreams again.  I had no hope of seeing my dreams come to pass before this.  The only way I could see out was by winning the lottery or something.

So I get started and tell all my friends and family.  They thought I had lost my mind and I only got one customer.  Out of my whole family only one.  I didn’t care, I was to busy trying to find more people to share this with.  I knew that it would work.  Well long story short I lasted two years with that company.  A short time after I left, I heard the company went under.  Over the next few years I went through a few more companies searching for the one.  In late 2007 I found it.  It was Isagenix.  Then in 2008, I got distracted by another opportunity and our team more to it.   Thinking  the grass was greener on the other side.  After a year and half away from Isagenix, I returned and realized what a mistake it was to leave in the first place.

If you are in an opportunity make sure you are watering your grass.  Learn all you can and never stop learning.  Get a hold of your vision and share it with others.  My vision is to: 1. end world hunger.  2 save families homes from foreclosure 3. to partner with others that share vision.  Then to add to this vision is that I would like to help ten families by making sure their child get the good nutrition they need.  To do this I need ten partners that will join me and be willing to give Isagenix products to these ten families.

No matter what opportunity you are in or not in.  We all can do something to make our world a better place.  For me it is a responsibility as a Christ follower to share His love by doing good.  Network marketing  is how I rekindled my dreams and you can too!

Making a difference is important today more than ever.  There are so many things that we can change.  The change must first begin within.  I know for myself, that came at a young age when I gave my life to Christ.  There have been a few bumps and wrong turns a long the way, but today my faith is stronger than ever.  Many know that I am a network marketer, but many don’t know why.  When I first got started it was to help my family.  Later it became about helping others.

When I first came into the network marketing industry.  I wasn’t living right, meaning I had selfish motives. I was also just getting back on track in my walk with Christ.  This what changed me to want to help others.  I felt like network marketing would be a way to impact more people.  I want help children.  The way that I can do this is with Isagenix.  Childhelp is a organization that is working to stop child abuse.  With all the child abuse that has been in the news lately.  I thought it was time to share this on the blog.  Isagenix has been supporting Childhelp since 2004.  This a great way to give back.  With every order that I give to Childhelp.  One of the things that got me interest in network marketing was a slogan I heard.  “Have Fun, Make Money, Make a Difference”  That is what many are doing as a network marketing professional.

The other place I want to make a difference is in the area of world hunger.  We live in a day and age were no child should go without food or clean drinking water.  This one came through the teens of my church.  Every year they do a 30 hour famine.  The teens go without food for 30 hours as a way to raise funds.  The money raised by the teens goes to World Vision.  This organization feeds children all over the world.  Every year my goal is to double my giving.  I did set a new goal to give a thousand dollars a month.   I hope to reach this goal by the end of the year.  Watch for update on my progress to reach this goal.
